"I had to return everything. Fit was not right. Since their stores were closed due to Covid, I had to call to learn there would be no shipping charge on the return. Still don’t have the refund. "

"I've been buying from Chico for a number of years. I don't always find the style works for me but what I do buy is good quality at a reasonable price. Sizes are pretty continuous and don't seem to change like other brands do. I can expect a 3 to be a 16+ or now a 2.5 to be that 14+.
When I do have to return something there is no problem with returns. I order most often on line.
In other words. I am very pleased.
