"Ordered a top (on sale) for my mom on a Sunday to pick up in store. I received the confirmation that my order was ready that Monday, I was unable to get to the store during the week, so I went that Saturday where I was told by a very unhappy associate that my order was cancelled. I was very surprised since 99% of the stores I shop at hold orders for a week. Nowhere on ANY email did it indicate that it had to be picked up within "2 days" (which is absurd). She didn't offer and help other than the order was cancelled. I asked her if the top was in stock in the store to repurchase and she found it but said she could not in any way honor the price I paid. I said ok then and she then proceeded checked with her manager who also said "no sorry we only hold for 2 days and don't honor prices but you can purchase it still if you'd like".
Um, NO.
Come to find out the policy is to hold for 4 days, not 2.
I will never have to deal with the lack of customer service again, as my business is gone forever now :)"
