I wanted a new sweater, after spending quite a bit of time, I found one that with this coupon, the price was descent, my fault I didn’t look close enough at the details, when it came i was disappointed as it was sooo synthetic, returned it to the store, of course I didn’t get refunded the shipping charge I paid and they didn’t even offer to do an exchange, I will not be shopping at Chico’s anymore, they need to update the styles and fabrics if they want to sell expensive clothing. I used to like them several years ago, but it’s not for me any longer."

"Chico’s online website is a mess. Because of COVID I’m staying out of stores but give up trying to shop on Chico’s website. Won’t scroll to next page, won’t respond to “low to high” request, etc. etc. Frustrating! I’ve reported it via phone with no improvement and was told they have had lots of complaints. Not a good thing with so many people trying to “stay home” as our health officials are pleading for everyone to follow their guidelines"
