"Ii ordered tulle skirt, lace dress and full barocco skirt. I have no issues with delivery yet the quality of the items was not up to expectations. The price quality ratio is disproportional. Fabric of barocco resembles tissue used for furniture. Dress was not well done either. Tulle skirt had very poor looking waist line. The total value of order was 211 CAD which is heavily overpriced for such a poor quality. Not to mention that sizes are way smaller than regular ( I am regular M, have ordered L yet it did not fit properly). Very disappointing especially when I found on Aliexpress few skirts costing 10-15 $ that were sold on Chichwish for much higher price. I wanted to return the items yet to ship it back costs almost as much as the order. I will never order again from Chicwish and will be overcautious with ordering from any Chinese retailer. "

"I ordered for my first time on January 19th, 2015 and received my items on February 4, 2015. I waited a little less than a week at first and did have to contact them myself for the status of my order. I was told some items are not in stock so it would take some more days. I was worried, but willing to wait some more days. They did not tell me which items were missing even though I asked. I again contacted them after some days to ask if my items have been restocked and requested a refund for whichever items are still not in stock. This time when I asked, they did specify which item was not in stock and asked if I wanted that item (a skirt) in another color. Since I did not, then they very quickly gave me my refund and shipped out my order that same day or at least by the next day. I ordered 2 skirts, 1 lace maxi cardigan, and 1 top. Of course I only received 1 skirt since the other was not available. I received 30% discount for my first purchase except for some items which were already about 43% off. Each item came to between about $30-40, $196 + $3 registered tracking, and with refund came to a total of $169. I was worried about the quality I would get , but each item was as beautiful as pictured online. I was truly happy about that...they were very pretty and princess/royal-like! Overall I think the pricing is quite good compared to the prices of many clothes in stores these days, which can be very expensive without having any special touch to them. The items I chose from Chicwish were all unique and beautiful which made me feel it was worth paying those prices if I had to pay much much more if I were to try to buy something even half as pretty in most stores. I want to order more! But I must control myself! Overall, customer service was polite, prompt, but I advise them to be precise and send follow-ups from their end from the beginning if they cannot ship out items immediately due to being out of stock. Shipping, itself, once the parcel was sent out came pretty fast, sooner than I expected. I love that the sizing of all the clothes are as detailed as they are on the website which helped me a lot since I am so petite and most things are too big for my size. I imagine shipping returns would be too much of a hassle, so I guess try to only buy things you are almost sure you will like, or at least will be able to gift to someone else if not. "

The sweaters were thicker than I expected and were good quality for the price.
