"Ordered 2 remanufactured ink cartridges on 04/28/2011, tried one in a Canon printer and it didn't work - wouldn't clear low ink message. Called Chief Pick and the guy said he would get back to me in 15 minutes. He never returned the call.
After rebooting the printer and installing a new original Canon cartridge, the printer worked again. Reinstalled the Chief Pick cartridge, and it started to print, but only half of the lines on the page printed properly. Emailed Chief Pick on July 11, 2011 and let them know it didn't work, and asked how to get a refund. They never returned the email as of August 5, 2011.
I won't buy from this outfit again, and you shouldn't either."
"Total scam artists! I ordered a Switcheasy Rebel Touch for my Ipod Touch and after 1 month never received it. I then emailed them after that time and was told that my item may have been part of a mailbag that was stolen from the post office where they dropped it off. They then told me that maybe they could refund or redeliver it. First of all, they should have contacted me immediately to let me know of this and then they should have refunded me no question. They told me they would get back to me within the hour and after deciding what to do then disappeared and never replied to any of my emails after that. They just disappeared with my money. I have to wonder if their story about the mail bag was made up and if they take people's money without actually sending anything. I'll never order from them again!

"I purchased a Cirago BTA-3210 Micro Bluetooth USB Adapter. Their website displayed the older model with tabs, but I was shipped the newer rounded(better in my opinion) model. The shipping was fast and CHEAP! only $1.98 and this was one of the lowest prices I could find on the product too, so they are not making up the lower price with higher shipping charges. I received an order confirmation e-mail but would have appreciated a shipping e-mail too."

"Purchasing an item through this company was a breeze. I ordered a hard drive which arrived within just a few days. I haven't had any dealings yet with their customer support comment so I can't make any ratings on that. I will say that the hard drive arrived exactly as ordered. The only negative thing I can think of is that they never sent me an electronic invoice via email so I did begin to wonder if my order was ever received (although you do get an invoice number after placing the order on the web site)."

"Placed order Saturday, received tracking number on Tuesday. Waited until friday for the package to travel 500 miles, but it didn't show. Tracked it on FedEx's website and it hadn't been scanned in to the system. Called Monday morning, representitive promised to look in to it and call me right back. Waited 3 hours, never called. Called back, got the same rep, she pretended like it never happened. Said it was a warehouse mistake and they would ship one that day. Called back the next day, Tuesday to verify that it shipped. Rep was slow, hard to understand, and incompetent. Took over 5 minutes for them to figure out that contrary to their website, they don't have the product in stock. What a joke."
"Price was right, shipping via FedEx home delivery was a total catch 22 since a signature from the purchaser was required. Still in limbo and the hard drive ordered from them is still being bounced around. FedEx tried to deliver Saturday when we were at home but the delivery guy didn't knock all that hard (guess he was in a hurry). Would I order from them again, depends on whether I can opt out of the signature requirement. You would think FedEx would be more customer oriented, I blame both the seller and FedEx. Well thats my rant for what it is worth."
