Made another purchase ow two iPhone 6 plus and a Galaxy S6 glass protectors. The packaging was much better as it came in a hard plastic case that protected the screens and appeared very professional. The edges of the glass were beveled nicely."

The Phone Verification policy is a little strange since they only asked for the stuff I provided when ordering anyway. It isn't even clear on if the onus is on me to call or that they call, so I called them. Wait on hold wasn't too long."
"Purchased refurbished multifunction color laser unit. It was defective on arrival. Didn't appear to be refurbished. In my opinion, it looks to have a cursory test then repack. Unit arrived with partially depleted toner, made a grinding noise when feeding paper and printed out blank pages. The free shipping was great. Given the weight of the printer, it could have cost a ton. The exchange was not too bad. The replacement shipment was faster than the initial shipment. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I saved $350 over the same unit in staples, including my extended warranty, which is a year longer than the OEM warranty. The refurb only had a 90 day warranty."
"I purchased a Cirago BTA-3210 Micro Bluetooth USB Adapter. Their website displayed the older model with tabs, but I was shipped the newer rounded(better in my opinion) model. The shipping was fast and CHEAP! only $1.98 and this was one of the lowest prices I could find on the product too, so they are not making up the lower price with higher shipping charges. I received an order confirmation e-mail but would have appreciated a shipping e-mail too."
"I purchased a ET-CSWNASU2-BK NAS/USB enclosure from their sales site, EagleBit.com. Shipping was fast and the product was packed well. I had problems connecting to the drive from Vista systems and went to eagle-techusa.com, their distributor site. The support page had no knowledgebase/FAQ available. Googleing the problem uncovered a firmware update that resolved Vista issues. I e-mailed support to request a new firmware. I received no response. I eventually found a FW for the same chipset from another vendor and flashed the unit, so now my NAS browser interface shows as being from Conceptronic instead of Eagle-Tech. It is weeks later and I still have not heard from Eagle-techusa."
