"Placed order Saturday, received tracking number on Tuesday. Waited until friday for the package to travel 500 miles, but it didn't show. Tracked it on FedEx's website and it hadn't been scanned in to the system. Called Monday morning, representitive promised to look in to it and call me right back. Waited 3 hours, never called. Called back, got the same rep, she pretended like it never happened. Said it was a warehouse mistake and they would ship one that day. Called back the next day, Tuesday to verify that it shipped. Rep was slow, hard to understand, and incompetent. Took over 5 minutes for them to figure out that contrary to their website, they don't have the product in stock. What a joke."

"Purchased an Olympus from these guys. Was told THREE times by them that the order had shipped; when in actually it hadn't. Called to cancel the order, and was told it had shipped the day before. Turns out they were lying. They shipped it that day. Took them over a week to ship. Customer service was very rude and unprofessional. Recieved a gray market unit, and they didn't ship me a free tripod (which they had promised). STAY AWAY!"
