One out of three ain't good

"While the staff at Choxi have been understanding and helpful, only one of three items that I ordered has arrived. The order was placed on April 4th. It is now May 19. The one item came within a week. Item number two has now been refunded, which I appreciate. Item number three is still floating around in a UPS or Fedex Truck or lost in the confusion of the USPS. So sad, in previous years, before the change of name to Choxi, I ordered several items and they all came on time and were of good quality. So, it'll be a while, if ever, that I place another order with Choxi. I'm sure they'll survive without me! :-) "

"service and shipping generally good considering the amount of business conducted. only hang up last order was for two seperate items . I recieved one but not the memory card kit. still hasnt arrived. understand two different shippers but a months wait is a bit much "

It's been 16 days no item has been delivered

"I like the prices that Choxi has on there items but 50% of the time the items take over 2 weeks or more before delivery! The other 50% are delivered within a couple of days!! I just want them to be more consistent !!! I still haven't received my last order it's been 16 days now and still no tracking number!!!"

"I ordered 3 items. 1 item was delivered promptly. 1 item I just received an email saying they would not be fulfilling due to a supplier issue. This made me unhappy as that was the item I wanted most. 1 item I have no clue what is happening on it. The Meglio Stainless Steel Watermelon Slicer & Corer. I haven"t heard a word. I am getting irritated. "

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

"After 1 1/2 month of hearing nothing from this company I emailed to check the status of my order. They informed me that the supplier could not supply them with either item. I then asked for a refund of my money. They then gave me a credit on Choxi for one item. I had to ask about the other item they could not supply. They then gave me a credit on Choxi for that item. I asked them to refund my card instead of a credit and they would not give me a full refund. They subtracted the $10 credit they gave me. So they charged me $10 for items I never received! This is an EXTREMELY SHADY way of doing business and dishonest practice! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

Prices may be great - but good luck receiving your order, and their customer service does not know anything about customer service

"I have purchased from these guys on and off since they were no more rack. I always get sucked in with the email discount offers of $10-$15 off a fairly low dollar order.

They are in over their head with suppliers that do not even contact them back.

Most of the time I receive the order - but the 2-3 week time frame is a joke. I ordered 2 items on April 8. I sent 2 e mails starting at week 2 when I had not received anything. The customer service email just directed me to log in and track my order. All that is great - except one of the items had no info. Eventually, after more than a month, I received the smaller item. I emailed them a few more times and the reply was always a canned answer; I can cancel my order, or wait for the item. The email said the issue had been resolved. I think they need to look up resolved in the dictionary.

They never offered details as to what the hold up was until today - when I asked a supervisor to contact me. Apparently - the manufacturer has not replied to any of their inquiries. So were they hoping for the wait and see approach to see if the item would magically arrive before Christmas? I asked them to refund my money to my original payment method (as they always try to keep it as a credit on file). I also asked them for a credit for my month long inconvenience to which they offered me a measly 10% off my next order. With my average order being $30-$40 I can do better with the promotional credits of $10-$15 they email me weekly.

Suffice it to say - they do not know what customer service is. This is an example of an unorganized back office internet business that has other companies drop ship their merchandise, but does not always use reputable vendors. I think as a business, if my vendor never replied - I would not be advertising their products. While the prices maybe good - my past experience has shown that they do not always send what you ordered. Many of the products are cheaply made and flimsy. And returns are cumbersome - and you really need to stay on top of them to make sure you get your refund.

If you are ok with long wait times, and the possibility that your order may not arrive - go for it. Shop at your own risk.

Poor customer service

"I ordered a tablet over a month ago. I still have not received my order. Customer service is of no help. They just keep saying they are in contact with the manufacturer. They advertise merchandise they do not have and don't care if you are unhappy."

I ordered again from this site to use the store credit that they would not refund to me, and guess what they could not deliver that order, and won't refund my credit card, or the store credit.
Now they have deactivated my account....omg. How are they allowed to operate.
