I contacted Choxi who credited my account plus gave me an additional %25 credit for the inconvenience.(yay) I placed another order, using the credits and paying more money out of pocket and have been waiting almost 4 weeks for my items. Choxi did not notify me that the seller was not able to complete my order the first time. I have ordered off of this website numerous times in the past and did not have issues, but lately I'm fed up."

After 7 weeks I received a notice saying the item is no longer available and receive a credit for next order. I wish they had tracking on all orders."

"I am a 68 years old Disable Senior. I had to return a product, was given a Return Address Label via email. Choxi also, sent long, confusing instruction on how to return the package that included using the return address they sent in the email to me. The sent a Label and said use a different return address. Confusing...Why send the Label?
Then, they said write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on a piece of paper. put it in package to be maile. Mail it USPS, get the receipt and Tracking number and email the receipt with the Tracking # to Choxi to get a refund for mailing it. Confusing...Why not send the proper shipping label for Choxi, if the other Label was no valid. This is where it gets "real strange" for a company to ask a customer to perform. My printer/scanner/fax/ was down. I told them that. My instructions was 1). go to a public library to scan the receipt/tracking #. 2). If that was not possible, go to a friend or family member house to scan and email it to Choxi. Reminder: I told them that I was a Disable Senior. But, that is beside the point. Who on earth would ask a customer to do all that just to mail a product back. Never in my 68 years of living have I ever had a company/customer service ask me to do such nonsense. All I have did was put a shipping label on the package and take it to the post office. Either they pay or I pay for shipping...That's it. The craziness that put me through was totally absurd and unprofessional. Who would do such a thing!"

"Choxi takes your order and charges your charge card and then you wait, wait, and wait. Weeks later you will get an email advising you that the item(s) you ordered cannot be fulfilled by the manufacture. They apologize for the inconvenience and state that they will give you a credit toward future orders. Why would want to order again? The items I ordered remained on their website for weeks and weeks after I ordered, so, to me, it appears they just want to make use of your money for free. If you contact them and advise that you don't want a "Choxi" credit, they say that they will place the credit back to your credit card but it will take 7 to 10 business days. I have gone through two billing cycles of my credit card and still no credit. I am checking into whether or not this would be considered "theft by deception." The few less expensive items that I have ordered, have been received after many weeks and most were as advertised. However, I have had to return two orders because one was only 1/2 of what they advertised and the other (jewelry) had stones missing. I am now very leary of this site and would not order from them again."

"Ordered a set of sheets on April 21 for Mother's Day gift. As of today (two days short of a month later) the order hasn't been shipped. I know they didn't promise a shipping date but this seems an unreasonable length of time to wait. I contacted Choxi at least three times. The first time all I got from customer service was a link that took me to all the stuff they are trying to sell. I don't believe I even received a reply to my second attempt and, after a third attempt, all I got was a reply that basically said Choxi wants to give good service and items are usually shipped within two weeks (as I recall but it certainly wasn't within three weeks, one month, two months or never). They assured me they would send me an email when it ships. At my age, I'm only hoping I will still be around when the product arrives. Don't plan on doing business with Choxi in the future, although I have purchased previously and was pleased both with the items purchased and the price. "

"After a month of waiting and communicating back and forth with Choxi, they finally tell me that the items are not available and can't be delivered. Bummer! On the plus side, they refunded my money plus a 25% bonus credit -- no cash back, but I can probably find something else to buy."
