"Ordered a tablet and was told it would be shipped with in 6 days. Didn't receive. Then was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has now been almost 6 weeks and I am still waiting. Customer service on this site is a joke. I only get computer generated responses. When I talk to a person all they want to do is cancel my order instead of coming up with a solution. And then for my wait I get a free shipping on my next order. There will not be another order so you can keep your whole 2. Free shipping. Very very poor service. Not a happy customer. "
"I have been very displeased with my experience with Choxi I ordered items in Feb. and it took them until April to ship out item and then they ended up shipping the wrong item I returned the item and was then told that the correct item I had ordered in the beginning was no longer available and was out of stock so they were unable to complete my order. I then placed another order for a bed set since I was not getting the item I originally wanted and they said it could be 3-4 week for delivery!"

I found at first they were great.
It has gotten so bad, there is no way to track your items until they ship which may take a month to find out.
I have ordered birthday gifts in March 2016 which have come and gone and haven't received my items.
I call weekly to ask if choxi has any updates yet. They tell me to wait another week. I have received things I have ordered from China faster.
I wish they would just tell us if the items are completely out of stock. Why take our money right away if the items are back ordered?
I have been being very patient and getting frustrated.
I'm questioning ever ordering again unless choxi can get a better system.

"It's been well over a month and I am STILL waiting for most of the items on my order. I've contacted customer service multiple times only to be told, "either cancel the order or keep waiting." The few items I did receive were decent quality but this is ridiculous! Their CSRs are rude and offer zero help. I asked to have a supervisor escalate the issue and the CSR refused. If this is what they consider "a Customer Service team willing to go the extra mile" as they claim in their emails, then I'd hate to see what THEY consider to be poor customer support. Once I get my stuff (or my money back) I highly doubt I will make any further purchases with Choxi.com. "

It is currently 4/21/16 and still haven't received the other two items. This is the 14th working day. I haven't even received an email indicating that the items have been shipped. I called the customer service and they told me to wait another week. Apparently, the 10-14 working days to ship items is just a guideline and not a guarantee. "
