"I ordered 2 bras on 5/18/22. Best believe that they took the money out of my account before I was even finished placing the damn order, BUT.... Here we are 3 weeks later and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY BRAS. Do they think I ordered these bras just because I felt like spending money??? NO I ORDERED THEM BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM & STILL DO NEED THEM.
I e-mailed them on 5/22/22 just to see what is the status of my order, they said "Oh mam we apologize but we have had a flood of orders and it is taking longer to get the product to the customer". First of all THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM, all I can say is maybe you should HIRE MORE HELP!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT ASKING ME TO REACH OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE because I already have and have been IGNORED. JUST SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED OR GIVE MY $$ BACK!!"

"Ordered four 1 GB sticks of Kingston memory (two kits of 2). Website said in-stock. After waiting for the processing, website then said for my order "awaiting shipment". Within a day of inquiring, I was told it was a drop-ship item but that "are unable to tell you exactly when it will be shipping. As soon as we receive confirmation of the shipment we will email you with the tracking information." The next day I called, and the person on the phone said they were quite sure it was in stock, but couldn't give me any definite information and said she would email back. I got no email with the further information. I tried to call back three times later but could not get anyone on the phone after the initial call (voicemail after that). Canceled order since I didn't want to wait for this part that was holding me up, and they canceled as requested within 1 day which was good."
"It seems rarer than I would like for an online purchase to be boring - no last minute advisories of low stock or missed shipping dates - no excessive shipping charges or hidden charges that inflate the price beyond the competition. Chumbo is boring - straightforward execution with no delays and very reasonable prices. This kind of boring I could get used to!"

"I recently purchased a home theater system from Chumbo which died after one week of use. Went to the manufacturer for repair and they balked saying Chumbo was not an authorized retailer. Contacted Chumbo and they took the ball and ran with it contacting the manufacturer and getting the go-ahead for me to get the repairs. When my local authorized repair shop was too busy to take on the work, Chumbo sent me a brand new unit and allowed me to ship the defective unit back at no cost to me. They paid for all the shipping costs. The woman I dealt with at customer service was so nice and helpful. She should teach the other retailers how to deal with customers! Go Chumbo! I would shop Chumbo again worry free!
