"Been a loyal customer, made 14-15 orders in 2015 alone, most multi bundles. Had an issue with an order I placed on Dec. 7 2015, was told I would receive an UPS return tag (nothing yet on Jan 2nd) The cigars split while cutting and also while smoking, was told only unopened or still in cellophane cigars would be credited once returned, kind of a catch-22 eh? It's not the price I am mad about, it''s the "it's our policy" BS. My new policy now is to deal with companies that guarantee their product not make me jump thru hoops and wait weeks to resolve."
"I get what I pay for. I receive a catalogue frequently and order mostly samplers and an occasional selection of my favorite brand. Never any problem with delivery. Over a year ago I received some dry cigars, but was able to place them in a humidor and saved them. They never pressure me to do a monthly club. Over all they are pretty good. One thing I don't like is the Make us an Offer promos. I did make an offer but never received a reply. "

"CI is absolutely the worst. I ordered a package on a thurs with 2-3 Priority USPS shipping. I checked on status Monday morning only to learn its in Colorado (I am in PA..same as CI). I called Customer support expecting them to just overnight me a re-shipment. NOPE!! on top of that, they want me to wait a full 5 business days before they re-ship anything and regular ship prices too..no comps for the screw up. SO LONG CI..!!!! better places online then these A-holes

"They have a great website, selection and prices. But it ends there. The customer service sucks. It's hard to get a response and when you do, it's clear they don't want to go the extra mile. It seems like they just placate their customers instead of trying to win them over. And their shipping is just plain annoying -- they charge $5.99 and ship UPS Ground to the west coast? That takes a week... why wouldn't you upgrade to Priority USPS and get it there in 2 days and wow the the customer instead of making them wait so long? I'm sure the price difference is nominal and would give these guys a better rating and happier customers."
"I'm done with these guys... when their customer service rep says "I'm sorry you feel that way" it's over. The problem is basically their system keeps grabbing my old mailing address in Indiana (I've not lived there in two years) - even though I type in my new Florida address... and then my tasty cigars are shipped off to Indy. When I called to rectify the problem, again, the customer service reps were rude and condescending. And they want me to pay for the shipping to the correct address - the address I entered in the first place. I'll take my monthly $500 cigar budget elsewhere; you're not the only place to buy a stick."

On my 5th order now and each one I've used 2 or 3 day shipping to make up for their slowness. From time of order it takes them a minimum of at least 2 business to drop it off at USPS or UPS.
During Christmas it took them 4 days to process a order. Prices are great but I wish they would get it together as an online vendor.

"I'm not much on writing reviews, but when the company deserves it, I have no problem with it.
I have had issues with them more than once in regards to their shipping or customer service (lack of to none).
This time I chanced it again and again they dropped the ball.
Ordered this past Friday at noon and paid for 3 day shipping. Checking the order status on the following Monday it still had not shipped but showed a expected delivery for Friday.
Attempted to contact customer service and still haven't received a reply.

Ok, not a big deal right? it happens. WEEKS passed before the product was back in stock. So I go to check on my order... NOTHING.
