Horrible experience

"I asked for a part and the person at the counter looked at me and said, I don't know what a center differential is. A part that they have in stock. Turned the computer monitor towards me and ask me to point out the part. I'm not familiar with the Subaru parts catalog. However is the second part that comes up on the parts website. I had to order it online, because the counter person could not help me or ask anyone else for help. "

parts for 2019 Forester

"Bought a set of all three wipers for my 2019 Forester, can't find any with correct mounting at any of the local auto stores. Also bought cap for rear wiper which was lost during one of last winter's snows along with a cabin air filter. While the price was a bit high everything fit well and was easy to install. Took about 15 minutes for everything. Ordered online and it was ready to be picked at local Subaru dealer the next day."

Inaccurate operation times on google, parts guy had an unpleasant attitude

"Why does google say your parts department is open until 7pm and then your parts guy gives me a bad attitude when I came in @ 5:57pm to get a part that you guys took two weeks to get for me and never communicated anything to me about why it was taking so long…? I was told on the phone, “I’m not sure what happened with that one” I had to reach out almost 2 weeks after ordering because nobody was communicating about it. Bad customer service your parts guy was acting like he was doing me a favor and then tried to tell me acting all puffed up that the parts department closes at 6, well get your stuff together and get your time of operation set accurately on google so hard working people aren’t driving 45min to get over priced parts that aren’t even available in a timely manner. A lot of things can be done better at this dealership."

Difficult to order parts online when shipping & billing address differs

"Tried to place a parts order online as a gift and found that the order was cancelled with no notice. When I followed up with Brittany by email, she said the order was considered fraudulent because the billing and shipping addresses were different. Why ask for both addresses online, if it's going to be deemed fraudulent for having two addresses? In the end, I reordered online, Brittany did an override, and the order shipped out immediately. Just be careful to check the order status, if ordering from one address and having the parts delivered to a different address. Brittany did a wonderful job of resolving the issue."
