Overall terrible experience

"I had an appointment to get my body valve and transmission filter replaced on Friday August 12th for noon that I scheduled 2 or 3 weeks prior. I dropped it off at 11:50am. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna and Tyler who were very nice and helpful when I 1st got there. At 3:30pm, which was past the 3 hour mark that i was quoted for this repair, I still hadn't received a call or heard anything about my car. I didn't think anything of it because my friend worked until 5 so he wouldn't have been able to take me to pick it up anyway, so I figured I'd wait until around 5 to give them a call if I didn't hear anything. At 5:12pm I grab my phone to give them a call and see that the dealership called me at 5:10pm and left me a voicemail. It essentially said that they fell behind and weren't able to get to it, but they will get to it 1st thing Monday and they have a loaner car I can use until then. At this point I'm upset because it was 2 hours past when my car was supposed to get done and I didn't want to have to take a loaner. If i was at the dealer it would have wasted 5 hours of my day. Also it didn't make sense that they had to wait till Monday to get my car when the service department was open on Saturday and I should have been 1st priority. I didn't say anything though because I didn't want to be that guy, and I didn't need to be anywhere so i just left it go. My friend takes me back to the dealership where I get the loaner car and the lady who gives out the loaners was also very nice and helpful. Anna was also helpful again as she grabbed my duffle bag and car charger out of my car for me. Now Monday comes and I'm expecting my car to be the 1st one they work on which should be 7:30am-8am. I expecting a call at around 11am telling me that my car is ready to be picked up, but that didn't happen. I ended up waiting until 2:30pm when they called me to let me know my car was going to be done in a half hour. I get to the dealer around 4:20pm. I pull into the garage doors and I'm helped by the guy at the 1st desk on the right side. Unlike the other people I dealt with this man was rude and not helpful at all. I go to pay for my repairs and he tells me the cost $553 which is $50 more than what I was quoted, because the estimate didn't include taxes, which still baffles me. Taxes would be part of the expenses so why would you not include that in the estimate or at least inform me that the estimate didn't include tax. Anyway I told the guy that the final price is more than what the estimate was and I asked to see the receipt before I paid for the repairs. He very vaguely and briefly goes over the receipt and doesn't go into any type of details to help me understand why the repair was so much. I reluctantly paid. And as I was about to leave I realized I forgot to refuel the loaner. I mentioned this to the guy and he rudely goes "well you better go fuel it up then or they'll charge you" When I come back from fueling the loaner up the man passes me on to Tyler instead of finishing helping me out and Tyler was again very nice to deal with. Now Tyler did give my keys to someone to grab my car for me and to bring it to us and the guy floored it, in a parking lot, and slammed on the breaks when he got to me and Tyler. this made me more upset than I already was. When the car got to us I noticed that it was still filthy. this is a problem because when I scheduled the appointment they asked me if I wanted the complimentary wash and I said yes, but they obviously didn't do it. They had the car an extra 3 days and they couldn't get it washed? I was thinking of buying my next car from ciocca, but forget that. I will never do any type of business with them ever again! I paid over $1400 between parts and labor for this repair, you think I would get decent service! My experience at ciocca subaru is a perfect example of why I try to avoid dealers for car work at all costs. Overpriced and overall very poor service and experience"

Internet Order

"Easy and convenient to order and pick up, however internet communication was way off. Only received confirmation order was received and I would be contacted when order was ready to ship. Any further costs for shipping would be incurred. This was incorrect since I flagged the order for local pick up. I e-mailed back as stated and did not receive any correspondence back. Concerned because I did not receive a response, I called to inquire about the order and express my concerns about the situation. They told me the order was there and ready for pick up. I then proceeded to dealership to pick up my order. I had already installed the parts when several days later I received an e-mail from the dealership stating there had been a change in the status of my order and it was now ready to be picked up."
