"Disaster! They used to be prompt and dependable, but their quality and shipping times have deteriorated immensely. My guaranteed by Christmas order got here on 12/26, and when I requested a refund, was told I had to return the product (the calendar I spent hours creating). They charge inflated shipping rates, but use UPS mail Innovations and Fed Ex Smart Post now, meaning that even though I live 5 miles from Clark, it takes nearly 2 weeks for orders to arrive. They also provided such poor quality Christmas photo cards that I had to return them. Refund pending..."

"On October 18, I placed an order for 12 photo books. I paid an additional $10 for second day shipping because I needed them by October 27. I had spent hours making them. They printed every one of them incorrectly. I called and the lady was not helpful. They would overnight them but only after sending them back through so I would not get them when I needed them. STAY AWAY!! "

"I have ordered several times from Clark Color and have been VERY happy with the results. I think the quality is really good and I get my photos back very quickly. (Usually within 2 days or so of uploading them to the site) I recently ordered a bunch of photocard birth announcements and everyone who saw them think they turned out super cute. I have recommneded this place to friends and they also really have enjoyed the quality and the savings they get from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to ever place more orders with them! "

"This is the second time I order from them.
Overall pictures quality is very nice. Like what I expected. But the shipping sucks big time.
It took over two weeks before you I get my order. E-mail stated that it will take about 2 to 3 days. I thought may be it was the USPS that delay my order thought I'd give them another try.
I had the pictures printed with them again for the second time. This time I uploaded the pictures for two orders.
I just got my first order after two and a half weeks and still waiting for the second order to arrive (I'm in Connecticut and the plant is in Maryland) I get stuff faster from California ground shipping.

With couple cents cheaper per pictures than their competitors. I would rather pay higher prices than waiting for half a month. I can upload the pictures to Walmart and pick it up in two hours later.
Well, If you're impatience like me then this is not the place for you. If you don't mind waiting and save a dollar or two then this place is for you.
