"Disaster! They used to be prompt and dependable, but their quality and shipping times have deteriorated immensely. My guaranteed by Christmas order got here on 12/26, and when I requested a refund, was told I had to return the product (the calendar I spent hours creating). They charge inflated shipping rates, but use UPS mail Innovations and Fed Ex Smart Post now, meaning that even though I live 5 miles from Clark, it takes nearly 2 weeks for orders to arrive. They also provided such poor quality Christmas photo cards that I had to return them. Refund pending..."
