"On October 18, I placed an order for 12 photo books. I paid an additional $10 for second day shipping because I needed them by October 27. I had spent hours making them. They printed every one of them incorrectly. I called and the lady was not helpful. They would overnight them but only after sending them back through so I would not get them when I needed them. STAY AWAY!!"
