"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"#1 This part was shown in the picture with a suspension kit order but did not come with it. Given the excuse that the picture does not fully represent. That is really lame.
#2 I then called to get what was the right part to order would be. They couldn't tell me and lady was super rude
#3 I gave up for awhile then fast forward about a year and I saw a part that could fit but website did not have spec on part diameter. Also really lame, why would you not have that listed. So called customer service and they could not tell me. Said it would take 5 days to pull the part and then measure. Also really lame.
Overall service reps were rude, website lacked basic info and false advertising with picture. I am just on the beginning of buying lots of parts for Camaro restoration. If I can find the parts somewhere else I will buy elsewhere.
