"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"I can find just about everything I need and I have had very good results in fitment and quality of the parts. I wish they were closer to reduce shipping cost, but it is what it is.
It would be great if there were projections on parts that are out of stock or a way to receive a notification on when they are back. I don't want to be out of pocket on something that has an undetermined timeline for availability.
