"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"Horrible company that is singularly focused on avoiding responsibility for any product defects or shipping errors. They ignored glaringly obvious damaged parts even after its hired shipper pointed out the defects to them.
Products arrived bent and disfigured with divots in corners of metal that is openly visible. Other parts supplied were dented and mangled. Thier answer was " go ahead and sand it and we will give you a $75.00 credit". No thanks.
Classic Industries should be ashamed of their ridiculous "credit offer" on a $1,000.00 thousand dollar purchase of mostly worthless, disfigured parts. Classic Industries brings the latest definition of poor and self-serving customer service to yet another lower level.
Because all of these parts are basically coming from the same manufacturing location. You should avoid those who broker these products who don't care about what is shipped or how it arrives and have this kind of customer service and who don't stand by products. Classic Industries is one to avoid."
