"Louie Dias has earned the nickname "The Big Easy". He had reached out months before my trade in was due but I had not made up my mind. When the time came, I called him between sales calls, told him what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, needed to spend less than 90 minutes on trade in and go make it happen. Louie sent pictures of my choices.... I picked the one I wanted.... Louie worked the deal.... took all information over the phone and text..... waited 2 extra hours as I was late due to working a sales deal... Got me in and out at my 90 minute limit with quick test drive and car video introduction to boot.....Hence the nickname...."The Big Easy"..... oh yeah one more thing....
