"Not sure why but they canceled my order without explanation "
"Ordered a part for my Nissan Titan off their website, which stated they offered the part. I called the dealership directly to confirm they had the part. The parts department confirmed they did have the part. After a week of no communication, I had to call on the status of the part. After a couple of more wasted hours of my time, I found out that they don't carry Nissan parts and now show it on backorder. This shows very poor business on their part."

I found this company through a google search it was the best price for this part but so far have not received an email receipt or anything not even a thank you for your purchase. The communication is horrible to say the least as there has been none I can't even track my part. If you are reading this Clear lake Infiniti when someone purchases something from you they should be treated like customers and not like you are doing them a favor. I will not be purchasing any further parts from this place and in the future I would rather pay a little more money and receive good customer service than save a few bucks and receive bad customer service."

"Good luck cancelling an order or getting in touch with anyone by email! They email you and say that you can respond to it but as soon as you do, you get an email saying their mailing address doesn't work. So I emailed a department manager and still didnt get a response. Very disappointed."
"I placed and order for an exhaust kit that they showed to be in stock on August 25th for my husband’s birthday. I have checked the online status link multiple times since then. However, it is now September 1, and I see that the order is cancelled (through the link I saved to check periodically). I have received no notification by email or text. I also have not received anything showing the credit to my credit card. Poor experience at best. "
