"I received my glasses, but I should go in to get them fitted properly, and they need adhered nose pads, but the fact that I will have a book a timeslot is enough inertia to keep me from resolving those issues. Which is particularly annoying given that the store was crammed with people when I was there to choose them in the first place. What was the point of appointments? It was more crowded than in the Before Time! So, I'm not wearing the glasses, and feeling irritated whenever I think about it."

"I ordered a brand I've ordered in the past, but for some reason my eyes just weren't happy this time around. Despite throwing out a pair before I should have had to (monthly contact lenses) and trying another pair in case the first just happened to be defective, my eyes were irritated and red before the day was through. I've since seen my eye doctor who has recommended a different brand that I will be ordering through him. It took me a few weeks' of daily eyedrops and strict glasses wearing before my eyes felt better enough to try some new contact lenses.
I can't say it's Clearly's fault, per say, as I know I've ordered the lenses I ordered in the past and they were fine. But I am disappointed to have spent what I did to now have five pairs of useless contact lenses."
