"Although my previous experiences with Clickinks have been excellent, this purchase was problematic from the start. I really don't know what the problem might have been, but it seemed to revolve around Clickinks' PayPal account. I received several emails indicating that my purchase had not gone through, while PayPal insisted that Clinckinks had been paid. Then, once that was resolved by your customer service staff, I received a notice that I should have received my order and that I should contact the shipping company (although the order arrived the next day). While this was the first time I've had any problem with the ordering process, I will certainly look for another vendor if it is repeated."

"I was very happy w/ the speed and delivery of my ink. I am very happy w/ the pages that have been printed. However, I am not sure if it's just that my printer is so old... or what. But it's not always liking the color cartridge and i am getting weird errors from my printer -like the cartridge is not compatible and to get the tape off the cartridge.. which it is that is why I am leaning towards the printer as eventually I can get the printer to work.
