"We never received our order. called company months ago and discovered that there a problem with the shipping address. I was told that the order would eventually be returned to them and at that time the address could be corrected or I would be issued a credit. have not been able to get through to customer service since and they have not contacted me. no product and no credit to date. this is the second strike for them and I have decided to use someone else. prior to this poor experience, I contacted them that I had a bad cartridge. I just wanted a replacement cartridge or credit. this issue has never been resolved either."

Anyway... We went ahead and placed an order with this company after I spoke to a live person on the phone assured me that the product that I was looking for was in stock, as it said is was online, and would ship that day. The following afternoon I received an email saying that the items were not in stock and when I called about it, they had no idea when they would be in. I requested a refund of the money from my company that you already had and was told it could take up to 30 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for over 10 minutes and I finally hung up, knowing no one would ever get back to me.

We do not do business this way and do not buy products from companies that do."
