Out Out D*** Ink.

"Sorry to say Clickinks let me down, its hard to refill a Dell printer had no problem the last time I ordered, after my payment was received, I got the e-mail that I wouldnt be getting my Ink, out of stock. I was so dissapointed I asked for my money back, still waiting for that to happen don't know what to do."

bummed out

"I ordered ink for my dell printer and when I attempted to load the black ink it burst and poured ink all over my desk. When I advised them they said they needed a photo. That's very funny, taking a photo with ink dripping from my fingers as I try to save some of the papers on my desk and my keyboard not to mention tech items that don't work saturated with ink! I told them it would be a cold day in hell when they received another order from me."

product out of stock no refund for three weeks

"I submitted an order for laser printer ink and papers cost about 160$ , the order page showed that product supposed to be in stock and will ship in 24 hours. waited four days and didn't receive any shipping details, then I got an e mail stating that the product is out of stock and they didn't update their website ( what?) anyways that e mail from their customer service didn't give me the option to cancel the order all what said that they will let me know when the product is available????
any ways sent e mail to their CS asking for a refund (nothing received for about two days, just automatic responses. I had to open a claim i PayPal ( now its about two weeks and I am waiting for PayPal to process my dispute. such a wast of time. shady business!

"I ordered color and black. Did not receive order. When I called was told black were back ordered. Asked to have color shipped immediately. They arrived in 2 days. The partial should have been sent originally or at least notified me. "

"The order was placed on 12/8/2015 but not delivered in a timely manner. I had to contact the company for the reason twice before I got an answer. I get that sometimes things are out of stock but nothing on the web site when I placed the order said that and I was never contacted. However, the order was eventually shipped and received."

"This is the second time I've purchased printer ink from Clickinks.com. You can't beat their price, and it works well! My Canon printer said the ink cartridge was empty, but I followed the manufacturer's instructions to reset the print counter, and everything has worked out fine."

"I have been using ClickInks.com for years for cartridges for my printers. As each printer "died" and I got a new one, I always knew I could get a cartridge for it at ClickInks - not only for a MUCH cheaper price than the brand name at an office supply store, but also a cartridge that would last every bit as long as the brand name one would. I have NEVER been disappointed! I think the longest I have ever had to wait for an order to arrive was 2-3 weeks when a type of cartridge I ordered was on back order. I recently bought a new printer/copier/fax - because my copier had died and I can't find stand-alone copiers for my in-home office - and got the starter cartridges with the machine. I noted that regular cartridges cost $35 plus tax at the office supply stores, but at ClickInks, I suspected I could get them for less. Imagine my joy when I discovered I could get them for 1/2 price! Plus, there was a special buy 2 get 1 free going on, so I got 3 cartridges for only a couple dollars more than 1 would sell for - and that included tax and s/h! PLUS, I had ordered these over the winter holidays and thought this might delay their delivery. NOT so! They arrived within just a few days! I am always impressed with the quality of the products and the promptness of service at ClickInks,com! Thank you! I don't know what I did without you - or what I'll ever do if you stop your business!"

"As I write this, it's 10 days since ordering, still have not received my $45 plus order. They sent an email several days after the order saying one of two ink cartridges was out of stock. I sent a reply email asking about when they expected the cartridges to be in. NO RESPONSE.

At this point, I'm on my last cartridge and am wondering if I should go elsewhere. The whole process of having to get my money back and such.....it is really deflating

VERY POOR communications!!!
