"I ordered a full set of Epson type WF 220XL cartridges, only to be advised after the ordering that they were out of stock and could ship the color(s) they had, (& ship the remainders as soon as they were available) or wait until they had the full set of colors, or cancell my order.
They claim to have shipped a Yellow critridge, nothing has shown up & I have heard nothing else from them.

"I've never had a problem with Clickinks' products, and when I discovered that there was a defective cartridge in one of their shipments, they sent me a mailing label so I could return the cartridge for free, and also sent me a replacement cartridge--even before I mailed the defective one back. Also, it was nice that they could look up my order record when I called, because the shipment containing the defective tank was sent several months back and I couldn't find the receipt . Good customer service!"

slip indicated it belonged to Mr.GARY AUMILLER in HUPPAUGE N.Y.
I have called a couple of times, and all I get for answer is they have to investigate what
happened. If you cared about customer service ,you would send me my order along with a posted paid label addressed to Mr. Aumiller and I would drop it the Mail like I suggested. then they could investigate all they wanted. And that would make Mr.AUMILLER and myself happy campers."
