I thought the delivery time and tracking were below par. It took over a week to arrive and when tracking the package there was no indication of when the package would arrive. The tracking info was purely stating where your package was in the process. I found this frustrating. "
"I was looking forward to plugging my new ink cartridge into the printer and pulled off the protective covers of the packaging, Little did I know that the cartridge spilled excessive ink onto my table and trousers probably because the cartridge was overfilled. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy about this. I recommend that you place yet another warning label on your products like; "Warning, Product can spill if not handled very carefully!!!!""
