"When I received and opened my ordered ink cartridge, it was leaking and I ended up with ink all over my hands and my desk. The ink was impossible to remove from my desk. I called to report this and to request info on how to return the mess. It took 6 weeks and a phone call to receive my credit. After all this, they had the nerve to withhold the postage I had paid to have the cartridge shipped. Just a terrible experience."

"I placed two orders. It took 7 days for the first order to arrive. However, I did not know until the second order was placed and paid for that some items were out of stock. 12 days later, I have heard nothing even after a follow up email.
So far, the items in the first order seem to be working ok. "
"I keep getting emails from clickinks even though I emailed them and said I never ordered anything. "
"Their website says all the right things like "free same day shipping", "guaranteed 7-10 day delivery". They have a chat function and email that says "we will get back to you within 24-48 hours" "your business is important to us" and so on. However, in reality if you try the chat function you get printerpix and they can only tell you that you have to contact clickinks. If you email, you also get printerpix, rather than clickinks. If you call, they say, oh yes, we will take care of that within 24-48 hours or two business days. BUT, it never happens. I have still not received this order which was placed February 4 as an effort to straighten out something from as far back as December 2. So, they have my money, but I do not have anything in return."
