"After all the hype by Clickinks.com about their products, when I ordered the ink cartridges, they sent me an email a couple of days later that they didn't have my product. They gave me a choice to either cancel the order or they would send it to me when they got it in. I chose the latter because I figured that if I cancelled then the special price would have expired and no longer be available. Well.... I'm still waiting... and getting to the point that I will need it very soon!"
"We received the ink, but it took a while"
"Our first purchase was received in a timely fashion and the cartridge worked in our Epson (normally after-market ink cartridges don't work in Epson printers). Our second and third attempts to purchase where met with delays - product out of stock. No notification of product shipped. Had to finally wait a 1/2 hour on phone to speak to someone in "Customer service" and were told that the order I requested to be canceled had been shipped along with the third attempted order - but still NO email notification of the shipment as promised in the sales info and we are still concerned if the cartridges will continue to work as Epson continually upgrades their software. In the end It may work out - we will see, but if you need ink allow for a 2-3 week head start on getting it."
