"It pays to shop at Clubit and or online I'll tell you why; I walked into BestBuys, Circuit City, and Fry's for an item I figured they would have. I would pay a one time fee and walk out the door and that would be that. However, they didn't have what I thought was advertized, so I went home, went online with ClubIT, eBay, Pricewatch, Amazon, Pricegrabber, and several other online computer stores and wrote down the total cost of each item, including shipping and taxes and ClubIT clearly beat the competition. So I bought my item and within a few days I was installing this part in my computer. Oh! And by the way, I saved $18 buying online. I wonder how much more I would of saved if I could factor in my personal time, the wear and tear on my truck, and the cost of gasoline that was lost..."

"I purchased a Coolermaster case. The item showed in stock but when I checked the status the next day it went to pending and stayed that way for 4 or 5 days until I contacted them. They said the order would ship out that day and it did. It was coming via Fed Ex (5-7 days). The shipping rate was a deal at $10 for a 25lb. case. The case did arrive on the 6th day after it was shipped which was good. Unfortunately, Clubit had only a street number and no street name so it was delivered to someone else (Thank God they wern't home). I contacted Fed Ex (updated my info.)and they will try again on Saturday, March 11th (Ordered-2/27: Delivered-3/11?). I also contacted Clubit to make sure my shipping address was correct in their database. I think their customer service is great. Both times I called I got through quickly and the reps. were helpful. Outside of the item being in stock and then not after I ordered it and the address mistake I think this company is still ok. When I order parts for a new machine I try to spread the wealth around and I read good reviews about Clubit. I chalk this up to honest mistakes (I'm trusting you Clubit!)and I would order from them again just because of the friendly reps. On the other hand its really hard to build a pc without a case. I have had my other parts for a little while now. I just hope the case isn't beat up when it arrives.

"I thought I would give ClubIT a try. They had a weekend special on the Samsung 214T monitors that I wanted. Cheapest prices (from a legitimate dealer) and free shipping. I jumped. The only glitch was my shipment tracking information did not come with the confirmation emails and was not available online with the account information. I emailed ClubIT and they promptly emailed an apology with the correct shipping numbers.
