"Cooler master supplied this company with a mislabed model of a socket 775 fan. Even though it was not thier fault, clubit employees worked with me to resolve this issue. Cooler Master should take a lesson from THESE people. Cooler Master's corporate mission statment is nice to read but not being applied in my opinion.

"I have ordered a computer case from ClubIT. Arrived in a week, however, the side panel was bent and the power supply unit was 430W instead of 450W that was listed on the invoice. After e-mailing ClubIT, they have contacted manufacturer of the case and have sent me a replacement side panel and also agreed to send a 450W PSU. I didn't have to return the 430W PSU. Both items already arrived. Customer Service was excellent - received prompt replies and the gentlemen I spoke to confirm the replacement shipping was very polite. Will definitely consider this store for my future purchases."
