"While ClubIT did a great job getting my package to FedEx. FedEx has again dropped the ball. As of today my package is 6 days late with no idea exactly when it will be delivered. At least today, the prices on the items I checked were less than at other stores with which I was more familiar (e.g., Newegg). The ClubIt website is easy to use. Assuming that delivery is fast and that there are no problems with the rebate, this will be a fantastic shopping experience.

Update: Rebates were finally sent, after more than six months and numerous emails and phone calls. Rebate delay is not ClubIT's fault, but it certainly soured my experience with my first purchase at their website."

"Overall, my first purchase from them was great. They had the lowest prices for the case and heat sink/fan I wanted. The items were shipped quickly and at no cost (they had a promo free shipping for purchases over $50).

One minor issue was their product descriptions did not exactly match the products. I sent them feedback via emails. They replied and immediately fixed the errors on their site.

"First: Id suggest more people submit there comments about this store... they have realy competitive prices, and there toll free customer service number is right on there front page. All the comments so far are good including my own, But its just the few number of comments on here that made me sort of skeptical in the first place.

I dont have any experience with there customer service, I only ordered the item bellow from them and so far so good.

I ordered the 6800GS when thy had it for $200.
There located on the West coast, and Im located on the East coast.. So as expected it took a week for the shipment ot reach me, same thing with most West coast retailers such as SVC.

I dont care how fast they can ship it, as long as its shipped propperly, and it was.... When i first recieved the package i though at first maybe fedex had an accident and opened up the package to see if anything was damaged and taped it back up again... however appon closer inspection i could tell that it was just a re-used box form the shipper, because the Fedex stick was placed right ontop of the flaps of the box that looked like they were retaped.

And apon opening the package i found the 6800GS Retail Box still Sealed from eVGA and properly packed with packing-penuts around both sides of the box.

I opened it up and tested the card, works perfectly. Runs HL2 flawless at every setting on High, Any AA setting, 16xAF, 1600x resolution. Doom3's (Timdemo demo1 1) scored = Ultra, 1024x, 2xAA, 16xAF = 81.3fps, same settings at 1600x res = 47.6fps..... the card reads 25C Ambient temp = Bellow 34C Idle, 55C loaded. Id say test equals = perfect."

I build computers on the side and I built a friends computer but we used his credit card to order the parts. Clubit sends me an email saying that my billing address does not match up (which is totally my fault, I put in my home address and not my friends) and I sent back the correct billing information. Well, They later ship that order out and I got my packages on Saturday from fedex! I couldnt belive it. They either overnighted or 2nd day mailed my packages to me!
