"My daughter had to move her wedding up from October 2023 to January 2023 because of her future husband's deployment. We ordered the dress 11/30. The Cocomelody staff contacted us right away and confirmed a January 9th delivery (for a January 21st wedding). We ordered the Trumpet-Mermaid court Train Tulle Lace Wedding dress in black. Since there were no pictures on the website of what it looked like in black, we had no idea what to expect. As the date got closer, every time this nervous mom emailed on the status, I was promptly answered. I was so excited to get the email that the dress had shipped right on time and even better, received by my daughter exactly when they said it would arrive. I have never heard my daughter so excited when she opened the box and saw her dress...she was overwhelmed. I was not able to see the dress until the day before the wedding and OMG, it is absolutely stunning!!!! I can not thank Cocomelody enough for their service, customer service, shipping and most of all the Dress!!! You truly made my girls dream come true!"

If only the straps were a little bit softer, then the dress would have been absolutely perfect! Then again, it’s not much of an issue really. In addition, before making the dress, one of our co-worker from a different department will send you an email to double-check all of your measurements before our tailors start making your dress. Also, our customization reduces the possibility of alteration but doesn't guarantee 100% fitness. As you know, there is even about 2-3 times alteration for the stores.
