"I have been a customer for years and love the choices, discounts frequently offered, and everything in general. I have noticed that it takes longer to get my order shipped in the last year or two. It used to ship out right away, sometimes even the same day if I placed my order super early in the morning. Now it seems to take 2-3 days before it actually gets shipped, even longer if it is around a weekend. I have learned to adjust when I place my order to accommodate this lag time to make sure I have enough coffee to last the 7-10 days it will take to get it. I always check the 15 day weather forecast too because that can cause delays in the actual shipping time. My last order was delivered to the wrong address, which of course was the fault of FedEx and not Coffee for Less but I was fortunate that the neighbor was honest and dropped it at my door a couple of days later. Other than being waterlogged from sitting out in the rain at my neighbors house, everything was fine. I did send an email to FedEx and coffee for less letting them know I had received a delivery confirmation email but no package. That was on a Friday and I followed up with an email when I found my coffee at my door in Sunday. I never received a reply for anyone but that’s probably because there is clearly nobody working on the weekends and they probably saw both emails by the time anyone was reading them. The only emails I ever have gotten are the automated emails. "
