I got the promised discount without a problem, and the order was delivered two days earlier than originally predicted. I was not out of coffee yet, so went for free delivery (slowest of delivery choices). Very happy with the service!

Heard there was some major re-org there and they haven't been the same since. Ten days later still waiting for an incomplete shipment to arrive after they re-ordered for me. Should have expedited shipping but still taking slow shipping method. Finally had it and will be ordering elsewhere from now on. "

"Coffee for Less does a terrific job of preparing for shipment our orders, but their choice of using FedEx Smart Post is not a “smart” low cost shipping option. As example is our most recent order. Please review FedEx tracking #61292700336051202778–shipment arrived Tampa, Fl Monday evening and was delivered 60 miles away to my post office Friday morning. In the past, I mentioned this issue to CFL before and was told that I could pay $5.95 and receive it sooner which I have been doing. I should not need to if CFL was doing their due diligence. I thought I would try Smart Post delivery again. Not any better. Other carriers offer this type service and are much more efficient than Fed Ex Smart Post. "

"I received and email saying my coffee order had been delivered. I was unable to locate my delivery. It appeared today, two days after it was supposedly delivered. I've been a Coffee For Less customer for several years and have never had an issue with an order or delivery. However, with so many options for ordering coffee, I'm left wondering if I want to chance another order in the future."
