"Received wrong items and called to do exchange. Told by Daniel that exchange not possible so placed new order for correct pods. Daniel VOLUNTEERED to send prepaid postage for me to return items. 5 emails and 2 phone calls later, never received the email. Last time I called, was put on hold for a long time. Unusable items placed in trash and will never order from them again. They should not have the handicapped answering the phone."
"I received 2 boxes of the wrong coffee. I received 2 boxes of Peets "Big Bang" instead of 2 boxes of Barista Prima Coffeehouse "Decaf Italian Roast". I called operators were all busy and was prompted to leave a message...I did. I also sent an email. Have had no response back. I've never had any problems with CoffeeForLess over the years until now. The other 3 items I ordered were correct."
