"I purchased a Gaggia Classic 2019 model from coffeeitalia recently. Before I purchased it I had a question and sent them an email. I received a reply from Matteo that night which was very helpful. The order went through and I received it within a week. As it came from Italy it came with an EU plug but Matteo included an adapter for the UK.

"I purchased a Gaggia Classic Pro with Caffe Italia in November 2020. I reported an issue with the portafilter within three days of receiving the product but was told that this would fix itself over time. Two months later the issue has worsened and I cannot use the machine at all. I have emailed and called Caffe Italia many many times since mid-December. Barbara from customer service keeps promising to get the technical team to call me but still no-one has bothered to contact me. I am appalled that my complaints continue to go unanswered and that the machine has not been fixed or replaced. Please avoid this company so you do not experience the same issues."
"Great coffee machine! We were so happy to receive the machine all the way from italy that we turned it on right away, thinking we would figure out how it works along the way. Well, there we went wrong. After a few seconds of heating, the machine shut off suddenly and we couldn’t turn it on anymore. I called the service number and this super friendly Italian man told me what the problem was: “yes madam, you turned on the machine, without reading the manual!” I had to agree.. it turned out to be a safety mechanism to prevent the boiler from overheating since we didn’t fill it with water properly. The nice Italian man sent me a internet link with instructions how to reset the machine and few minutes later we could enjoy the best coffee in the world from our own elektra machine! Great machine, great service! The only recommendation I’d have is to put a big red safety warning on the machine which tells you to read the manual first!! :-) "

"I bought a Lelit PL82 from Caffe Italia. The machine is very good in terms of value. The only problem is the water tank has a narrow and small open. With two water pipes sharing this small and narrow open, it is impossible to fill water without the risk to pour water into the machine.
So I have to take out water tank to fill water, but my kitchen canbinet is only 50cm high. Everytime I have to move the machine out to take out the water tank for refilling water.
Matteo is very kind to allow me to return the machine without any charge. I upgraded to a Profitec Pro 300. This is probably the ultimate small family size DB machine. I still cannot take out the water tank due to the cabinet height, but Profitec Pro 300's water tank is wide and open. I can easily fill in water with a bottle without the concern of splashing water into the machine.
I received the Profitect Pro 300 on 23/12/2020. I almost thought it was impossible to receive it before New Year due to the peak season. Now I can have a new machine for Christmas holiday! I am very happy with my purchase and Caffè Italia's service is excellent!"

Both machines arrived with dangerous unfused adaptor plugs which are not legal for use in the UK.

"We were searching for the best espresso coffee machine on the internet and found COFFE CULT.
My husband established contact with Mateo and decided to buy a Bezzera Mitica S MN espresso coffee machine and a CEADO E6P automatic coffee grinder together with other related accessories.
We were very excited, however I made a big mistake with the payment and accidentally transfer two times the total cost from my bank account.
I called Mateo to let him know the double payment I made and he made me sure that I will get back the extra money I paid.
Giada was taking over our order and handling everything with us. After few days our extra paid money was in our bank account.
We very much enjoy the good service and professionalism from Coffee Cult-caffe Italia sales persons Mateo and Giada. I must mention that the prices we got were the lowest we could find in the market.
