I also had some initial technical issues with an airlock (common in brand new machines) which I called Matteo and he sent me some simple instructions on youtube which helped.

"On their website, they look like British company that ships from the UK - they have a lovely Union Jack flag and write that they do in fact ship from the UK. They are not a British company and after now (too late) checking many reviews it seems many other have been duped into believing they are shipping from the UK.
It has been nearly two weeks still no coffee machine. THey first blamed the pandemic for having to shop from Italy (but many many past issues with shipping from Italy can be found) and then they blamed a strike for the delay which started a week after it was shipped from Italy. Totally get it if due to the pandemic, but you need to inform customers in advance - our machine broke, we looked for a new one and looked for it to be shipped locally as we needed it quick. They simply pretend (now and pre-pandemic) to ship from the UK.
You can call their number, we did a couple of times, they put the phone down as soon as they realise you are chasing emails they have not answered.
Their prices are good - I will say that. If all goes well, I am sure they would be fine. If something goes wrong, do not expect good communication (we chased after 4 days to find out where it was, the reply was a tracking code, which was when we found out it was shipped and lost in Italy) - we aks why it was shipped from Italy when they say things are shipped from the UK, they reply was simply a cut and paste of the tracking code again. Though annoyed it was sent from Italy when it was supposed to come from the UK, up until this point we were polite. Never a straight answer and we have now raised multiple complaints with Amazon Pay. Ultimately we might need to go to our credit card provider to get the refund. "

Had one email response saying my machine would arrive Tuesday this week.... it hasn't and I've had no correspondance since.
REFUSING to provide me with a tracking number or any confirmation that my order has even been dispatched. As far as I'm concerned this is a fraudulent company and have stolen my money.
NO ORDERS ARE POSTED FROM LONDON WAREHOUSE as they have stated on their website. EVERY order comes direct from Italy.
Barefaced liars - I'll be proceeding with a chargeback via my bank.

"Contacted the company with a question re my Brava Gaggia bean to cup machine that I have had for years but not bought from them originally.
They were very helpful and listened to my query. In the end i was able to resolve the issue by descaling the machine and back to making lovely coffee.
If i were to purchase a new machine I would come back to them as their prices were very good and the service was excellent, even for someone that has not bought from them before. "
