"Placed and order with this company. They charged my bank debit card for $39.20 7 days after making purchase, then the very next day they charged my debit account for $40.73. They tell me I will be getting the $39.20 "released" in 6 business days as it is their policy to charge you, then figure out what the sales tax is and then charge you that amount. In the mean time, they have $79.93 of my money **** on a $40.73 order! Told me to call my bank, but the bank will not do anything until they (Collections ECT) releases the charge. The customer service rep out right lied to me about it. Tried to tell me that my bank puts a hold on the money that is total BS.
So if you do not want to be charged double and then have to wait over a week to get half of it back DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They also have an automated message on the customer service phone number that says that shipping can take up to 4 weeks, and that is simply that they DON'T SHIP ON TIME! I placed this order on 10/15/20. Here it is 10/27/20 and it has not left their facility. They hurry up and print a label so that they can say its been shipped, but per the tracking number, it has not been picked up yet by FedEx, and you can not tell me that it takes FedEx 12 days to pick up a package from a company that they are at every darn day of the week! So they take your money, double it, sit on your order for a couple of weeks before they even get it picked up by FedEx and then lie through their teeth about the whole thing.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!"

As for the Puppy Poodle Garden Stake I order this past summer and it changed from a beautify red to a YELLOW. Very Disappointed.
