"1st, when I was having trouble with my orders and asked to speak with a supervisor I was either put on hold for as long as 25 minutes (until I hung up because no one ever came back on the line) or I was hung up on immediatley when I requested to speak to a representative."

"I emailed your corporate office to complain about your winter women's boots running HUGE! I emailed that I should NOT have to pay for return shipping when it is not my fault that your boots run so HUGE and do not fit according to the national standards in sizing. They simply forwarded my email to collections.com who in return, sent me a shipping label....but I STILL get the shipping charges reduced from the credit they will issue me!! THIS IS WRONG AND RIDICULOUS because it is not my fault that two pairs of your boots did not nearly fit me and my mother!! I feel that you should not credit my card for the return shipping fee and that you should simply accept the return of my two pairs of boots! I can bet money that NOBODY will address this problem/concern of mine either!! "
