"Ordered pajamas in size Large, size on accompanying order form showed I ordered a size Large but the pajamas came to me as a size XXXL. I have tried to call for a return label and sat on the phone for 35 minutes and never got another person on the phone other then the recording " Our representative with be with you momentarily. Went on their web site trying to get a return label and no luck there either. Never again will I purchase from this company. The rest of my order was fine. Why is a label not included with the order. Went to UPS, and was told without the label it would cost me $10. I have never been so frustrated with an on line order ever since I started ordering on line. I have just accepted that I am out the amount of $14.99. As a woman in my 70's to have to pay for something I can't use is hard to take. You have lost this woman as a customer. Do people who do order from you the decency to put a label in with the order just in case the order has to be returned. "

"Recently we had our kitchen & dining room floors switched from old & cracked linoleum to wooden slats. I wanted some beautiful colored rugs to compliment these gorgeous floors so on Oct 13 I ordered 4 rugs for my kitchen and paid $77.31 that included tax, shipping & processing.
When I received my package and laid the rugs out on the floor, I couldn't help but notice how thin the material was (in some places I could see through the rug) and how the rugs themselves would not lay flat on the floor. My 83 year old dad lives with me and this was definitely a tripping hazard. So I requested a refund. I boxed up all the rugs and shipped them back. However, I received as a refund of $1.72 for the one rug and $25.49 for the 3 piece rug set. Thats a total of $27.21. A whopping $50.10 I'm out of and no reason was given as to why I didn't receive the full refund.
I will not be shopping with this company again nor will I recommend to any of my friends to shop with you either.

"After dealing with a rude rep and then finally speaking with Michelle I finally recieved my order all but one item that is now on back order. Can't think that if it was sent as promised I would of have that item too. All said and done they are trying to make it right. "
"I love ordering from Collectionsetc. because they always have such great items and quick deliveries. I especially love ordering from their clothing apparel. Sometimes you can have real problems ordering on-line; but I've never had a problem when ordering from them. You always get great service. I have to admit that I ordered a chew plastic "help keep your dogs teeth clean" item this last order. It was exactly like the one shown on TV, and was supposed to be something dogs would use often. Unfortunately it wasn't "approved of" by our dogs. They wanted nothing to do with it."
