"7 out of 11 items in my order were lost in the mail somehow, out of the same box. I called and those items were replaced, after quite a few calls and a bit of a hassle. I was in tears thinking my grandkids presents were going to be lost, but they were replaced. BUT, I paid for my order with paypal, and in order to replace the items, they wanted a credit card they could charge for the replacements! They said they would refund the card right away, but, I was a little skeptical of that. I did not want to pay for them again, so I said refund me, then I will reorder them. So, I did get a refund, but because Paypal would not recharge for them (which I am ok with, I think they suspected fraud), I had to reorder. I did finally get my orders. I REALLY like most of the items. The throws are from China and have a funny, gunny sack smell to them. They are presents, and I am a little worried about the reaction they will get. Even after the problems with this order, I will be ordering again! "

"I was placing some items in my shopping cart to verify prices, when I went to check out I received a message that one item was out of stock and to return to shopping to remove the item. When I removed the item I went back to check out and received an error message that the site was having computer problems and to either return later to complete my order or call customer service to place the order. I chose to return later.
However, about 5 hours after this I received two emails, each stating that an order had been placed. The first email included the out of stock item the second was with the item removed. Neither email included the "Free Shipping" code I had entered. checked my credit card and it showed two charges. I called customer service only to be told that I could not cancel the order, their system was only showing one order, even though my card had two charges. I was tole the order had already been picked and packed for shipment and would be picked up the next morning. I spoke with a manager and was told the same thing, that he had no one at their distribution center he could contact to stop the shipments and that both shipments were to be picked up the first thing the next morning.
Apparently the package did not ship until two days after these calls. Collectionsetc.com does not send a "Package has shipped" notification, you have to visit their website to see when the package shipped. I did the receive the package.
However, the items were of very inferior quality. This was only the second time I have ordered from Collectionsetc.com. and it will be my last time.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. OF THE ITEMS I HAVE ORDERED THE QUALITY IS INFERIOR, SOME ITEMS HAVE NOT WORKED AND OTHERS HAVE BROKEN WITHIN A FEW WEEKS."
