The girl had a bad attitude to start with. I felt that she wasn't going to send it, and SHE NEVER DID. I'm waiting!!! Her English was very bad. I needed to have her to repeat herself. She did not like that. Well, I don't expect Customer Service to behave like her. Too many young people do not like their job and they take it out on the customer. That is exactly how she treated me. LABEL PLEASE.

"I have always been very satisfied with everything I've ever ordered over the years had from collections.etc But I ordered the 2Pac glow-in-the-dark alarm clocks. and I am very dissatisfied, it absolutely does not glow in the dark. and if I would have read the reviews of 99% of the people commenting as I have experienced the clock does not glow in the dark. But sad to say I did not read the reviews before ordering this item. You really should address this issue because it's false advertisement they're nice little clocks and it even has the temperature displayed which was a bonus. But the main reason I purchased the item is because I'm an older Grammy and I wanted to have a glow in the dark clock, something I could see at night without having to turn lights on to see what time it is. I called customer service to return it and it would cost 7.99 to do that and I paid 12.99 for the items. So of course doing the math I would get $5 back and that wouldn't benefit me much at all and then I would have no clocks as well. They customer service lady I talked to said to place the clocks in the sun or shine a flashlight on them to make them work. Which I thought was pretty ridiculous a clock will either glow because it is a glow clock face or it will not glow you should not have to place a clock out in the sun or turn a flashlight on it. So I feel that was unsatisfactory conclusion of my problem. I wish I could get my money back but I'm not going to return the items and have you take 7.99 away from 12.99 and get $5 so I'll just keep the two clocks and be disappointed that they are nothing at all what I expected I was ordering by the statement in your catalog and online."

But I called the 1-847..customer service number for further explanation and got it all straightened out.
