"I had to contact Collections Etc on two occasions. The first call was a week after the order was placed. There had been no activity indicating the order had been placed. I was told “your order is packed and ready for shipment.” After another several days, still no activity. I called again. After being put on hold again I received the same response as the first call. When I stated that was the same reason I was given before and asked why it still hadn’t shipped, I was told to give it 10 days and if I didn’t receive the order to call again. I have never waited this long to have an order shipped! With the holidays coming I hope this does not become the standard. "

"Happy with ordered items. These are Christmas gifts so only have a "visual" check. The "personalized" blankets are really pretty and the curtains will look great when hung at Christmas. The other item will have to wait to be seen assembled (Amish Wagon, green). My only suggestion is that emails regarding orders should include what the method of payment, for example AMEX, VISA, check etc. was used by the consumer. Unfortunately, I neglected to include what form of payment I had used for this order on my own "paperwork" where I document the items I had ordered with the date I submitted my order. I thought I would find it on my "original order" but the most I got was the "total spent". Unfortunately, the emails and/or notifications from you did not include this information. Again, this was MY own fault but if it had been on any of your "updates" I would have had less stress figuring out which card I used to make my payment. I finally was able to locate the "charge" on one of my credit cards so problem finally solved. Anyway...just a suggestion."
