"Last July 2020, I ordered two plague signs thinking that these items were in stock. I have been communicating with the customer service that they have contacted the manufacturer and that by August 21, 2020 they will know when the shipping label will be created. On this day, I sent an email again to customer service to follow up if it has been shipped out. Unfortunately, she said that the manufacturer was not responsive to her communication and she offered me that they will continue to follow up with the manufacturer or should I cancel the order. It has been almost three months, my credit card was already charged without the merchandise availability (for Accounting purposes, the company should not charge a customer until the merchandise is available). I was very DISAPPOINTED about the situation that I was awaiting for almost three months, if I only know that it would happen like this I could have just order from other companies. I gave only 2-stars for the customer service communication via Email and for the refund processed. "

"I ordered 4 ceramic tiles with individual numbers that can be interchanged and transferable. I returned the item for a refund. No refund was allowed. Comfort House claims this is a custom made order, an absurd premise, when each number can be reused to fill another order, and the frame is a universal slide in item. They threw out my returned item, with no compensation. "

"If by low voltage, they mean low heat, then this one hits the mark! I ordered this "heated" mattress pad and plugged it in to test it out before I used it and I was extremely disappointed. My disappointment continued when I found out that first they told me that I could not return it because I had used it (which I hadn't), then they told me that I would have to cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of initial shipping (even though I had free shipping) would also be taken out of any money to be returned to me. I've learned a $117 lesson and I will never shop with ComfortHouse again. "

"I ordered a bear foot rest as they had the best price and free shipping too! I also found a coupon at retailmenot.com for an additional 5% off. I placed the order for a black bear and the very next day my kids changed their minds and wanted a brown bear. So, I called the customer service representative and she was able to change my order. I was fully informed of the order status via emails. The order came about a week later directly from the manufacturer. I had a great experience with Comfort House and would order from them again."
"Very slow delivery. I received a defective product - they gave me a runaround (call the manufacturer.. get them to ok returning). Its hard to find but they do pay for return shipment and did not charge a second shipping fee for the replacement product"
"I placed an order with Comfort House for a heated mattress pad on a Fri morning and was shocked when I received the tracking number that same day and even more shocked that it was scheduled to arrive on Mon. When I received the item I realized that I mistakenly ordered the wrong size (queen instead of king) I contacted their customer service dept. by email to see what my options were and had a prompt reply w/i an hour explaining everything in full. The exchange was shipped out within 2 days of receiving the item back. Their service is quick, customer service is knowledgeable and best of all their prices were great! I will def. be shopping with Comfort House again!!!"
"Very poor customer service. Their "5 - 9 Business days" quote has so far been 11 business days, with no product in sight. Their response to my repeated requests for help has been to repeat their policy of "5 - 9 business days." Will I ever receive my product? NEVER EVER order from Comfort House, unless you're in the mood to just throw money away."
