"Terrible!!! A misleading return policy has me stuck with a non-refundable, non-retunable, expensive item. CompSource will not budge and the manufacturer will not assume responsibility! Stay as far away from this shoddy organization as possible. If you absolutely MUST buy from them read the small print and follow all links to disclaimers (which may or may not make sense until you try to exchange something and it is too late!!!!) I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail.

Addendum following Compsource response: The notification regarding returns/exchanges is misleading. Yes, it says the consumer must deal with Sony Direct...It doesn't say that Sony doesn't have a return/exchange policy, only a warantee for product repairs. When one reads the "bold" disclaimer it still implies that one can return or exchange through Sony...Sony says no! If Compsource can help with this my posting would be different. They just send me back to Sony."
