"The TV is the greatest, can't say enough about it, great picture, ez setup, has plenty of connections so I could hook up all my electronics, was able to hookup satellite, dvd recorder, Blu-ray, sound system, and still have room for 2 or 3 more electronics. TV has ez instructions for menu setup, which made it a breeze to get everything up and running quickly, love the ease of switching from internal to external speakers, and the 3D option is the best of all, watched my first 3D movie last night and it was perfect. I have no complaints with the TV or the shipping procedures to, as it arrived earlier than expected and the delivery man helped me get it in the house and to the room it was going in. Also the wall mount works perfect too, has an ez lock system to allow you move it on and off the wall if you like and it allows it to slide side to side and tilt by over 19degrees up and down for optimal viewing also makes it ez to plug in your electronics cables, and their labeled real plain so when you set up your sources like HDMI 1, 2, or 3 and your AVI plug-ins you can get to them ez. Well I hope this is a good review and explains enough about the TV and wall mount."

"I own a company Geek Tweek, LLC. I ordered a Bose mounting bracket and a Samsung HM1000 bluetooth headset, the order processing with CompUSA is always a breeze and I am always on their website looking for electronics. The shipping was amazingly fast for 7-10 business days (I got it in 3 days), which is always wonderful, however, I received my bluetooth item out side of it's original display box (which was sealed) the the headset just laying in the box. Not good. I called and got an RMA and the rep told me there was a ETA of the 21 of Jan, but then I called back and another rep told me there was no ETA with 380 backorders for it. At this point I am a little angry b/c I got the item and it could very well be damaged maybe not, but there is no communication with the stores that seemingly have plenty in stock EXCEPT in Dover ,DE. So I will have to rt the item for store (online credit). Any how I do love the company, but I really think there could have been more effort to make the sale and get the product to the customer. To keep customers, you have to go out of your way sometimes. I do recommend this company and will continue to order from them, but this order did not make me very happy. "

The order was called back by compusa after the package was shipped. The payment was charged and not refunded automatically. Learned that the payment became store credit after I called and the shipping fee was charged even they called back the order. If they refuse to sell the items to a customer why they charged the payment and converted it as store credit???? Really cheap crappy store!!!!"
