Website was easy to navigate, and security was up to par; added benefit was that shipping was only to verified credit-card address, essentially eliminating a potential for credit card fraud through their site. "compuplus.com have no system or customer support, placed an order on Thursday, got an email and a phone call to verify credit card and confirm the order, I was told it will be shipped on Friday but on Tuesday I get an email claiming that I never replied to the email or spoke with someone on the phone and still want to confirm the order.....agian!!!!!! I cancelled the order and received a confirmation email for the cancellation....a few minutes later I got an email to confirm shipping???????
Their excuse was that they have a "glitch with the system" but I think it's just a lousy company and they don't have a system at all.
Placed another order through circuitcity.com and within minutes I got a shipping confirmation email.....no phone calls.....no emails.....non of this compuplus.com non sense.
My advice is.....STAY AWAY from compuplus.com"
