"Great price on my merchandise! Saved some 65% over list price for the Alien Anthology on Blu-Ray. Product is an English import version but region free (able to play on most if not all Blu-Ray players). Nice. :) Have't yet tried the dics as they are a gift so I feel I must award 4-stars until the discs are played."

"I ordered the Honeywell Weathertime wireless indoor/outdoor thermo-hygrometer. It arrived in good condition within a few days. I had asked about the availability of a 2nd transmitter and never received a reply. The transmitter and main unit do not read the same. Placing them within a few inches of each other and letting them several minutes to sync and they were about 2 degrees different in their individual readings. Being that close they should have read the same. There is no phone number to call for advice or report an initial malfunction. Guess this is why the price was reduced."

"I placed an order on 12/29/10 and I received a comfirmation email but in the order tracking system they have at their website it said it had shipped an hour after I placed my order. The next day it said " IN PROCESS" so now im thnking they have inventory issues and they lied that my item was in stock, im guessing they do that to trap their customers and force them to buy from them. As of today 1/3/11, I havent received an email to my email and my item hasnt shipped yet. Since it was new years weekend that might explain the delay in shipping. I expect for my item to be shipped and delivered by this week (week after new years) if its shipped but not delivered then I will let it slide, but if its not shipped at all then I will cancel my order immidiately and shop from other websites where my item is in stock."

"I ordered a Kicker IK500 iPod dock. Instead of an IK500, they sent an IK501, which I did not want. The item was sent with 2 different tracking numbers, which caused some confusion. And, when the product arrived, there wasn't an invoice in the box. I called Compuplus Customer Care on Dec 30 and was told I would get an e-mail with instructions on how to return the item by the end of the day. I never did. I sent an e-mail yesterday evening and as of today there wasn't a response. I tried to call Customer Care again, but got a recording saying the office was closed. So, for now anyway, I am stuck with a new item I don't want to open and need to return and will have to wait at least a couple of weeks to get my money back. I only hope I don't get stuck with shipping charges since it wasn't my fault and they sent the wrong item. NOTE: Since it's New Year's Eve, I'm hoping the holidays are slowing down Compuplus Customer Care and the issue will get resolved. "
